TL 9000 procurement and repair services product categories and one of a few providers of pre-owned solutions currently certified to the TL 9000 procurement standard. Telmar's facilities in Manesar, India; Plano,Texas; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Irvine, California; Council Bluffs, Iowa; Tampa, Florida; and Toronto, Ontario, Canada, are TL 9000 certified. Its facilities in Solihull, United Kingdom; Eindhoven, The Netherlands, and Antwerp, Belgium, are
ISO 9001:2008 certified.

TL 9000 is the quality management standard for the telecommunications industry developed by the QuEST Forum industry association. The standard includes all of ISO 9001, plus 92 additional telecom specific requirements and measurements focused on design, development, production, delivery, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications products and services.
