Vice President of Global Extended Life and Services in North America, Ed Traupman, heads Telmar's Extended Life business unit and responsible for the manufacturing, R&D, and technical support of products Telmar has acquired from other OEMs. Mr. Traupman oversees Telmar’s CTAC organization, which provides 24/7 customer support for both Telmar-owned and third-party products and is vice president of Telmar’s wireless subsidiary, Commnet Supply. He has 30 years of telecommunications industry experience, holding numerous technical and managerial positions at DSC Communications, Alcatel USA, and Rapid5 Networks before joining Telmar. Mr. Traupman has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in computer science from Southern Methodist University.
