Mr. Hilbert’s proven track record in building and scaling world-class sales organizations, along with his deep understanding of both communications providers and OEMs contribute to Telmar’s continued growth. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Hilbert has held numerous sales and marketing positions in the communications industry, including Senior vice president of worldwide sales, Spirent Corporation; senior vice president of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Somera Communications; Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing and Customer Service at ADC Telecommunications; and Group Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Alcatel USA. Mr. Hilbert holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering management from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
